Cip Hotel & Spa - Istanbul Bakirkoey City Center

At just 500 meters from the Yeni Mahale, it provided easy access to public transportation, allowing me to explore the vibrant city. The hotel offered comfortable and well-equipped rooms, including options with garden views and modern amenities like a minibar and coffee maker, enhancing my brief stay.

I noticed a minor issue with the shower, as there was one tile missing.

Location really close to the metro station and shopping center and shopping malls and restaurant. What a wonderful and amazing staff! Family atmosphere and nice and beautiful rooms...

Modern and fairly clean hotel with nice food and wonderful staff. Early check-in, exceptionally nice and beautiful room with the jacuzzi and a breathtaking view, for instance. Exceptionally nice breakfast, a wide range of meals. Simply no complains at all, truly memorable stay.

We had a fantastic experience at the cip. the location was excellent, just a short stroll from the water and surrounded by lively streets and great dining options. we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a jacuzzi room, which was good. the staff made us feel like family, always friendly and professional. our room was clean and well-equipped, making our stay very comfortable. we also appreciated the early check-in that allowed us to settle in right away.

The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, surrounded by shops and restaurants. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the comfortable, soundproofed rooms.

The room I received had a small window. The bathroom cleanliness was unacceptable, with marks on the toilet seat and shower. Unfortunately, the bed was uncomfortable and noise from neighboring rooms made it hard to sleep.

Positive, Comfortable bed and attentive staff. The breakfast was varied and delicious every morning. The location is perfect, just a few stops by metro to major sights. Plus, plenty of cheap restaurants nearby. Can't wait to come back 🌟

The airport transfer was smooth and allowed me to start my stay on a positive note. The private check-in process was efficient, getting me to my room with no delays. The staff were genuinely friendly and eager to assist, which really added to the cute atmosphere. I also enjoyed the fine sea view from my room, which served as a beautiful backdrop .

Comfortable room, attentive staff, with a fantastic selection of breakfast that varied daily and was conveniently located just a short walk from the airport bus stop, making my stay both enjoyable and hassle-free.

Encountered a range of service. Unfortunately, the bathroom cleanliness fell short, with ongoing leak issues and inadequate attention during room servicing. Breakfast lacked variety and was sometimes unavailable. Hand-cut steaks offered at dinner were a good highlight, showcasing the kitchen's potential amidst the shortcomings.

Great hotel with a nice sauna and helpful luggage storage. Wi-Fi was slow, though.
